Winterland Holiday Blend
Winterland Holiday Blend
Rich & Fruity
Notes of mulled wine & Black Forest cake
Noticeable notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, balanced with fruity notes of sour cherry and cranberry and wine-like acidity. Long velvet finish and rich note of chocolate reminds us a piece of German Black Forest cake that Oma makes for special occasions.
To make this special holiday blend, half of the blend is made of anaerobic-processed beans. We love anaerobic process because it creates a complex, fruity cup that often tastes quite funky (in a good way!) and some may say almost festive. Then we add some fragrant natural-processed beans to enhance its sweetness and make it more approachable. A small portion of bourbon beans gives this blend a velvet finish, making it a soothing cup of coffee you are looking for in this holiday season.

We Offer Custom Grind
We Offer Custom Grind
We sell our coffee in whole beans by default. If you would like to order ground coffee, please add a note at checkout to specify the grind type needed.
Caffeinaked offers 4 types of grind.
Grind size affects how much extraction you get from the coffee. Incorrect grind size will lead to unbalanced flavors (too sour, too bitter) or lack of strength. You should pick a grind type according to your brewing method. If it is a gift and you are not sure what brewing method the receiver uses, we recommend to go with medium grind.
- Medium-Fine: for Aeropress, Moka pot, siphon, single-serving pour-over cone.
- Medium: for V60, automatic drip machine, refillable K-cup.
- Coarse: for French Press, percolator, Chemex.
- Ultra-Coarse: for cold brew.
