Peru Wilder Garcia Bourbon
Peru Wilder Garcia Bourbon
Chocolaty & Comforting
Notes of dark chocolate, dark cherry & Concord grape
Our single-origin espresso roast! Dark chocolate dominates the cup, balanced by a hint of acidity and sweetness like Concord grape. You may get notes like toasted caramel and jammy black cherry. Bourbon variety produces a sweet, velvet cup of espresso.
Wilder Garcia maintains a close relationship with the health of his coffee trees. Wilder began implementing a Tissue Management System (TMS) on his coffee farm six years ago to achieve a productive balance. The system relies on a two-year cycle and is applied in blocks. The 23-hectare farm produces around 720 quintals of parchment annually (1 quintal = 46kg of green coffee beans), in which 16 hectares are Arabica varietals.

We Offer Custom Grind
We Offer Custom Grind
We sell our coffee in whole beans by default. If you would like to order ground coffee, please add a note at checkout to specify the grind type needed.
Caffeinaked offers 4 types of grind.
Grind size affects how much extraction you get from the coffee. Incorrect grind size will lead to unbalanced flavors (too sour, too bitter) or lack of strength. You should pick a grind type according to your brewing method. If it is a gift and you are not sure what brewing method the receiver uses, we recommend to go with medium grind.
- Medium-Fine: for Aeropress, Moka pot, siphon, single-serving pour-over cone.
- Medium: for V60, automatic drip machine, refillable K-cup.
- Coarse: for French Press, percolator, Chemex.
- Ultra-Coarse: for cold brew.
